At Altay Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free exchange and returns policy. Please review the following guidelines for exchanges and returns:

  • To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
  • Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Exchanged items will be subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit for the returned item.

3. Returns:

  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement or refund as needed.

6. Gift Returns:
