Item was purchased as a gift for my daught...

Item was purchased as a gift for my daughter. The front of the item is great, the name is engraved beautifully. The back of the item or flip side is unfinished and material was removed like a trough to reduce the amount of gold (presumably), it's ugly and very poor craftsmanship. I weighed the item which was advertised at over 2g and it was 1.7 probably due to the material removed from the back.. this is a terrible buy, terrible finish work. I would never ship something in this condition as a craftsman. Will not buy from this seller, and would definitely recommend others to be wary of the quality and weight of their purchase as it seems the seller is cutting out material, and shipping unfinished product in order to retain value. Two stars at best due to the nice finished side. Very disappointed.
