I like the product and its quality
I absolutely love this necklace. I have been wanting to buy myself the flower of life necklace, but waited until I found the perfect one. It is beautifully crafted and the length of 18” is a perfect fit! I highly recommend this jeweler! I hope to make future purchases.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Page said ships from USA; also ships from Turkey which you have to dig deep into their page to find it. Thought I had my info stolen. Contacted seller, he said out of stock but we have more in turkey. I would have cancelled if seller told me that before shipping. Requested refund several times, he ignores. Was patient and merciful for 3 weeks. Lied to me about arrival dates. Lied to me about refunding my money. Opened case. Ignores more refund request AND etsy support asking for refund if package does not move in 2 days. Escalated to where I had Etsy support call me to speak directly to someone. Even rep was shocked he ignored my request. On top of all this, the product was defective upon arrival. Please message me for pictures. Just be careful. Contact me for screen shots.
