Bracelet is very pretty, but the clasp is virtually impossible to operate. It took me 15 minutes to fasten the clasp while bracelet was on my wrist. This is due to the clasp barely opening, and the loop being too thick to easily fit in the opening. I contacted the seller, who offered to replace the clasp, but would charge me extra for this, plus I would have to pay for return postage. I took the bracelet to a local jeweler, who is charging me $80 to fix the problem. I provided the Seller with a copy of the repair ticker, and asked that he credit me something to cover my repair cost. He refused.
