I bought a tree of life ring. The ring is so delicate, fragile and thin that I cannot wear it. The first and last time I wore it, the branches of the tree bent. Upon delivery I had to pay €40,- import tax. I never had to pay so much before, so the ring was not sent as a gift. The contact with Semih Altay of AltayJewelry was unfriendly. I could return the ring but then had to pay the €22.50 shipping costs myself. I could then choose another ring, but then had to pay the €40,- import tax again myself. No service to the customer.
In short, this jeweler is not recommended, not customer friendly and poor quality.
