The seller has excellent customer service and was very accommodating (I asked for a fully white gold version). It also came super fast. That being said, I just don't think it's worth the price. It's very lightweight and doesn't feel very solid, and the craftsmanship is just not there for me. A lot of visibly hastily soldered joints is not what I would expect for this price. It's a lovely chain, but a little disappointing when you look up close.
I am so happy with this lovely new locket. The pendant itself is just as described, the engraving and pictures have been created perfectly! I definitely recommend this shop for finding a special gift for your loved one or for yourself!
