The bracelet arrived 2 days after I ordered it, it's exactly as described. They engraved a date on the clasp and it's just a little too big which makes the first number of the date not be on it completely, but other than that it seems to have arrived perfectly :)

The butterfly was much smaller than I thought but it's a really nice bracelet.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My first butterfly bracelet fell off somewhere ( I couldn't find it anywhere and it was a very special piece for me). So I paid to buy another because this merchant wouldn't stand behind her products clasp or chains. And guess what happened again? Yes, it fell off somewhere again today and is gone!! I will NOT buy again!!! Terrible quality and terrible customer service!!
