Love the way it turned out
I am terribly disappointed in this item given all the 5 star reviews it received. The engraving was not up to my expectations. In the pictures it the engraving look great quality, very dark, deep, and legible. On the tags I receieved, the engraving is very light and hard to read. The light has to hit is a certain way for it to even be very legible. Really too bad since this is a great design. If the engraving has been up to par I could have given it a better review.... Just looks cheap and not worth the price.
The chain on the necklace is very fragile looking where it connects to the bar . I am hoping it holds up. The message was personalized in which it said I love you. The period was left off which was disappointing it was there for a reason. On the back was the name Kim and the period again was left off of the (i) . A picture of the engraving would be helpful before the necklace is prepared to make sure the buyer and seller understand even though my picture was clear with these 2 issues. Overall nice necklace , quick shipping.
My personally engraved gold bar necklace is gorgeous, and *exactly* what I wanted! The necklace itself is high quality for a very reasonable price, and the customer service was impeccable. The jeweler exchanged several messages with me and also showed me a picture of the engraved item before it was shipped, to make sure it met my specifications. Shipping was quite fast. I really appreciated the excellent product quality and service with this company from the moment I made the purchase! I wish more companies operated this way. :))
I love my necklace. Beautiful piece but unfortunately I didn't realize I needed to describe font I wanted. They did what they guessed. I am unhappy with the script so turn it on the other side that is blank.
